Dear all
1. It was big event to have the BJP Prime Ministerial Candidate to promise some thing for ESM & Serving Soldiers. That may not entail every state to elect BJP. Situations differ from state to state. As for as Tamil Nadu is concerned, BJP is non starter and it has to be in the tail end of DMK or ADMK.
2. As far as Centre is concerned neither INC nor BJP is going to get absolute majority. Which ever party come as single largest party and to form Govt at the centre, it has to toe DMK or ADMK who ever gets majority out of 40 seats in TN & Pondicherry. BJP will not get deposits in many places in TN.
3. Please do not go with North Indian TV channels/News Papers who are completely out of tune to local situations of Tamil Nadu. (The incident of Sankaracharya issue where North Indian Channels/media was almost burning but TN was witnessing holidaying in Ooty/Shimla in summer.
4. In my considered opinion with lot of inputs I feel that the vote share in the forth coming MP Election will be DMK Combine in the lead followed by ADMK combine and DMDK will be spoiler with sufficent % of votes. Others will be in significant.
5. That being so one in Tamil Nadu more so the ESM & families of Armed Forces personnel should vote the majority one ie the DMK & combine since they are approachable, pro Armed Forces & ESM and has the maximum number of ESM who are 99% of ESM in TN [Not ESM (O) who are 1% of ESM in TN] in their side.
6. Both the groups have affinity towards ESM & Armed Forces but keep away leaving it to the beaurocrats who have completly bungled the DEW & TEXCO where in no Retd Commissioned Officer is holding any post out of 33 in DEW & 57 in TEXCO. I have to go to HC and get order on 22-4-2009 (posted in Report my signals blogspot by Col Kanagaraj James) that TEXCO is managed by Indian Administrative Service Officer in total violation of DGR Instruction Para 12 b which states that chairman and all functionaries in State ESM Corporations should be ONLY Retired Commissioned Officers of the Armed Forces who qualify to be ESM (O).
They are to be belonging to TN Only as per Objects since formed from TNEB Funds.
Bringing in IAS officers was done by ADMK and continued by DMK. Now after the HC order DMK has promised to adhere to the policy which they have manifested in their Election Manifetoes.
7. I have approach to all parties more so an easy and ever proximate approach to DMK who will also be part of the Central Govt after 16 May 2009. Hence I request the brothern ESM in TN to support the DMK & their allies through whom we can push through our demand irrespetive of INC or BJP comes to power.
8. I am attaching a photo wherein we have extended the support to DMK and we are with Mr MK Stalin, the Chief MIniste in waiting.
