Greetings!.Glad to note the point of pre 1996 Maj Gens.
Another similar point hanging in fire is the pay fixation wrt 'Rank Pay' in the 4CPC based on the court judgement in the the famous Maj Dhanapalan Case.
May be this can also be reopened so that all officers affected by the 4CPC can get justice
